Mrs. Seidl’s 2nd graders have been learning about maps and where things are located. This week we designed important places in our local community of Harbor Beach and then created a 3D map. Then each student introduced their important place to the class and plotted where the buildings are located in our community!
Yesterday, K-5 students visited the movie theater to watch a holiday movie! 4th grade was all smiles for this special event!

Watch for these packets regarding the Storrs Family Child Savings Accounts (CSA) coming home this week. This program was made possible by a generous donation from the Storrs family who wished to give back to Harbor Beach Community Schools due to Mrs. Storrs' fond memories and the strong support she received during her school days.

Mrs. Bishop's Little Pirates were given a mission by their kindness elf to spread holiday cheer. They chose the 1st graders to share a sweet treat with! The kiddos loved their candy canes and kind messages too! ♥️💚

High school bowling and girl's basketball were in action last night!
PreK-5 students had so much fun at the Holiday Trivia night last night! They got to play a fun trivia game with their family, have milk and cookies, and even have a visit with Santa! Have pictures from the night? Please drop them in the comments section!
Shoutout to our awesome elementary Christmas committee for planning the event, to the high school creative studies class for making and decorating the cookies, to Mr. Fuller for emceeing the event, and to the entire elementary staff for making the night run smoothly and making sure lots of fun was had.

Mrs. Seidl’s second grade showered the amazing Miss Makenzie with love yesterday! Miss Makenzie is expecting her first baby at the end of this month and we could not be more happy for her and her growing family! 💙

Quiz Bowl League conducted its first meet of the season tonight at Ubly. There were four teams competing from Bad Axe, Harbor Beach, and Ubly. In an exciting final match, a team from Harbor Beach took first! Congratulations! 👏🏻👏🏻
