Our middle school cross country team wrapped up their season last night with 3 great performances in less than ideal weather, while the freshman volleyball team continued to roll, taking out the North Huron JV team!

Only two more chances to support the Junior Class Prom Bake Sale! Staff and students can snag some goodies this Friday during HS lunch.

Our final two Pirate Gold Award winners from last month haven been elusive but we were finally able to snag their picture and we wanted to make sure they were recognized as they have each been integral parts of the behind the scenes work at HBCS since joining our team recently! Congratulations to Kendra Messing, LEA Business Manager, and Larissa Anton, LEA Accountant, who were recognized by Heather Andrzejewski.

October 20-24 is National School Bus Safey Week. During this week and always, remember "If Reds Flashing, No Passing!" Please do your part to help our Pirates get to and from school safely.

The Harbor Beach High School Creative Studies class is looking for used wooden furniture donations to refinish and restore as part of a hands-on classroom project!

📦 Donation Details:
Please bring items to the school office or outside the Creative Studies classroom by Friday, Oct. 31.
If you need help carrying items in, just let the office know — we’ll lend a hand!

🎨 Final Pieces:
The finished furniture will be featured in a silent auction during our winter basketball games, where everyone can bid on these beautiful restorations. All proceeds will go directly back into the Creative Studies Life Skills Class to support future projects.

It was an awesome night for our cross country and middle school football teams! Nearly every runner earned an all-conference honor at the league meet!
