Today is National School Nurse Day, and we can't thank our amazing nurse, Tally Hogue, enough for the extraordinary care she gives our Pirates! Nurse Tally has recently decided that after 36 years in nursing, 12 as a school nurse here at HBCS, she will be retiring! She would like to share the following with our community:
"It's been a real pleasure working with all of you. I've truly enjoyed our time together, and I'll miss your smiling faces, casual conversations, and working together to keep the Students at Harbor Beach School safe and healthy.
I will be here at the beginning of next school year to assist with a smooth transition for my successor. My projected last day will be September 30, 2025. I'm so grateful for the friendships and experiences I've gained here, and I'll cherish the memories we've made.
Wishing you all the best!"
Please join us in wishing Nurse Tally a happy school nurse day and a huge congratulations on her upcoming retirement!
