Huge shoutout to The Gemini Group, Raymond James, Harbor Beach Dollar General, The Harbor Beach Police Department, and all of our amazing students and generous community members who donated to our community Toy Drive. This operation would not be possible without each and every one of you!
Here’s how our toy drive works:
🎁 Gifts are donated and brought to our school
🎁 Our MS Student Council students sort the gifts by age group and gender
🎁 Staff members fill a bag for each local family on our list
🎁 Our wonderful Harbor Beach Police Department delivers the gifts directly to homes.
Thank you for helping us support local families and make the season brighter for our community!

HB Schools has to bid farewell to Lynn Siemen of DHHS, Pathways to Potential Program. She has been a solid resource for many of our students and families at HB Schools in assisting in areas too many to list—including clothing and food assistance, connections to housing and health professionals and much more. Lynn became a part of Pirate Family several years ago when she was placed in our school with the Pathways to Potential Program. This program is now being discontinued, so Lynn will venture on with the next phase of a new program within DHHS. We wish Lynn well, and she'll be missed by staff, students and parents!

This month several staff members received Pirate Gold awards but one stood out above the rest! Mr. Chilman and Mr. Fuller would like to recognize bus driver Kaye Siemen for all of her hard work and dedication!
Watch for more Pirate Gold award winners to follow.

Thank you to these generous indivdiual donors!
