Our Creative Studies Life Skills class had the opportunity to hear from financial speakers Ty Collings and Brady Krohn of Raymond James in Bad Axe, Michigan, who brought real-world knowledge directly into the classroom. Ms. McIntyre’s students were highly engaged throughout the presentation and asking thoughtful questions. They found the information very relevant and appreciated how complex financial topics were broken down into practical, easy-to-understand advice. This experience also reinforced the importance of continuing to provide lessons that prepare students for the future, equipping them with essential skills like financial literacy, decision-making, and long-term planning. Overall, the speakers made a strong impression, and students agreed it was a valuable and impactful experience.

Meteorologist Chris Easlick visited the elementary students today! We learned so much about the weather and Mr. Easlick's job. He even demonstrated a cloud in a bottle and a tornado in a bottle for us!🌦️⚡️🌪️
