Check out what is happening at HBCS this week.

Don't forget to sneak some non-fiction reading in this month! Non-fiction writing is writing that is based on facts, real events, and real people, such as biography or history.

Good luck to our students as they compete today at MSU in a high school programming competition against several other schools across the state! Many if these schools are larger, but our Pirates are going to give their all regardless!

Spend some time reading this Saturday!

Keep those brains working!

Each Thursday this month, we will challenge HBCS students and staff with a reading challenge! Here is our first one. Be sure to leave your pictures in the comments!

Keep it up girls!

Happy School Social Worker Week to our two awesome social workers, Jessica Gentner and Issac Viers!

Who doesn't love a cozy spot to read?

What a wonderful contribution for HBCS students!
